Winter fun Bay of Islands style

Winter in the Bay of Islands has been absolutey fabulous so far. Just stunning days with glass water and clear blue skies. The fishing is insane and the groomed tracks in the Waitangi mountain Bike Park just epic! So no matter what you are into…we’ve got it, except snow I guess.

Kids are surfing, horseback riding, dirt bike riding, mountain biking, sailing, wakeboarding, Museums (got to through a bit of history into it as well)…you name it. School holidays were exhausting to be honest…but so much fun.

There are also so many delicious restaurants and cafe’s around in the Bay of Islands and really something for everyone. Some places do live music on weekends which is a nice added bonus when your enjoying a drink by the ocean.
