Getting Here

Our office is located on the main wharf in Paihia. There is only one wharf in town and this is also where the passenger ferry to Russell leaves from.

Parking on busy weekends and school holidays is an issue in our small town so please allow extra time for this. There is a paid parking lot next to the 4 square in town. Also, 4 hour FREE waterfront parking is available.

If you are staying in RUSSELL you can request a RUSSELL PICK UP and we will pick you up off the far end of the Russell wharf, just walk out past the Russell booking and information center. THIS OPTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF THERE IS TIME ON THE DAY!
