Cruise Ship Passengers

Are you visiting the Bay of Islands of a cruise ship?

The Bay of Islands is a tender location and tenders dock into Waitangi – The birthplace of our nation or Paihia or Russell.  At Waitangi there are FREE shuttle buses that will take you into Paihia town, it is just a 5 minute drive or a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the waterfront into town. If your tenders take you into Paihia wharf, or office is located in one of the buildings out on that same wharf. From Russell there are ferries going every hour and about a 20 minute ferry ride. You buy the ferry tickets onboard or at the local information Centre  on the wharf.

In Paihia there is one Wharf, this is also the wharf where the passenger ferries to Russell leave from along with all other cruises. Our location (the FKP office) is in the first building out on the Paihia wharf, on the left hand side. Right next to where our Parasail boats are located.

You need to check in at our office 15 minutes prior departure time. Also please confirm your booking the day prior to.

We are family-owned and operated business so if for some reason your ship has to cancel the Bay of Islands port or we have had to cancel due to bad weather we will issue a full refund.
