Are you visiting the Bay of Islands on a cruise ship?

The Bay of Islands is a tender location and tenders dock into either Waitangi – The birthplace of our nation or Paihia.  At Waitangi there are FREE shuttle buses that take you into Paihia town, it is just a 5 minute drive or a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the waterfront into town. If your tender take you into Paihia wharf, our office is located in one of the buildings out on that same wharf. From Russell there are ferries leaving every hour and takes about 20 minutes to get across to Paihia. You purchase the ferry tickets onboard or at the local information Centre  on the wharf.

You need to check in at our office 15 minutes prior departure time. Also please confirm your booking the day prior to.

We are family-owned and operated business so if for some reason your ship has to cancel the Bay of Islands port or we have had to cancel due to bad weather we will issue a full refund.
