There sure is a feeling of spring in the air. The days in Paihia and the Bay of Islands are getting longer and the sun hotter.

Waitangi mountain bike park has been busy all winter with happy bikers on trail rides, black runs and everything in between with the littlest ones on balance bikes on the epic pump track. The trail maintenance team has been very busy and the tracks are hotter than ever. bring your bikes and get the kids/teenagers off their devises for some vitamin D and adrenaline. If you don’t have bikes the team at Paihia mountain bikes are happy to help out with any rentals or maintenance. Or pop in to see Nick at Moana Kayaks and he can fit you on a bike or in a Kayak for some epic waterfall or islands exploring.
