Winter fun in the Bay of Islands

Wonderful winter!

Paihia is feeling quieter, no hustle and I swear the locals are walking slower too. We get the beautiful days where the ocean meets the sky and no end…

The surf is up, Waitangi Mountain Bike Park has newly groomed tracks, the Islands are calling and the kayaks at bay beach hire are polished and gleaming. The local fishing boats are fueled and waiting for you to catch dinner.

So what are we waiting for?
