July school holiday in Northland is the best!

July School holiday is just around the corner. So have you looked into coming to the Bay of Islands for a few days? Just make sure it is a FEW days, not just 1 night as there is way too much here to keep you busy.

Take a Water Taxi out to the Islands and go for a hike. Project Island Song is making sure that the music out on Urupukapuka Islands is absolutely amazing. As is the 360-degree views as you reach the top.

As always the Waitangi Mountain bike park with its immaculately kept tracks is such great fun for the whole family. You don’t even need to bring bikes but can rent from the hub.

Are you here on a  bit of a rainy day? No problems, a visit to the fabulous Waitangi Treaty Grounds is just what you need.

The Saturday and Sunday market at the packhouse in Kerikeri is AMAZING…Far out. Go there for a yummy breakfast, get some locally made arts and pick up your veggies for the week. Don’t forget to get a sausage with sauerkraut or a filled crepe from “german Billy”. They are the best!

Of course last but certainly not least. Go Parasailing with the family!
